COVID- 19 Extended Trial Nurture Campaign
The company experienced a massive influx of new trialers taking advantage of free extended trials to support Distance Learning in the Spring of 2020. The product is robust with features that even current subscribers might not have known about before Distance Learning. The goal was to build trust with teachers by supporting them with information on how to best use the free, extended trial in a virtual classroom. I collaborated with the email specialist to create an automated series of emails that strategically highlighted specific features of the product to help trialers understand the full capabilities of the platform. My role was primarily content strategy, project management, and automation.
